CLEVELAND, Nov. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Photon Interactive today announced that it had partnered with KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY), Ohio, leading regional bank, in transforming and modernizing their Digital Channel. KeyBank is the 13 th largest bank in the U.S, with operations in 32 markets, approximately 3 million customers and more than 400,000 daily digital banking transactions. Photon's work involved designing, architecting, developing and implementing a fully integrated digital user experience framework to create Adaptive Responsive (ARD) presences across multiple devices ranging from desktops to tablets to mobile phones. KeyBank accelerated the program to meet the tight timeframes and high expectations of seamlessly integrating First Niagara Financial Services (FNFG) customers on new online banking platform. "KeyBank's digital channels handle more business today than our branches. Our customers expect digital solutions to provide convenience, peace of mind and the ability to bank on-the-go. As our trusted and go-to partner for digital experience work, Photon's creative design, technology inputs and thought leadership have played a significant role in our successful delivery of this ambitious program," said Amy G. Brady, Chief Information Officer at KeyCorp. "Driving client adoption of enterprise online and mobile solutions and innovation are the cornerstones for KeyBank's digital strategy. Photon, as our innovation partner, worked seamlessly with KeyBank to evaluate new ideas, adopt new technologies and seek out newer ways to engage with our clients and increase online and mobile adoption," said Jason Rudman, Executive Vice President, Head of Consumer Payments and Digital Channels at KeyBank. "We embarked on the digital modernization program to redefine convenience for our clients and provide financial confidence. The partnership with Photon was instrumental in helping us completely redesign and transform our digital online banking user experience across all devices. Photon helped us accelerate timelines as we wanted to deliver newly designed experience to additional one million clients from First Niagara," said Vipin Gupta, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Key Community Bank. "At KeyBank, Online Banking transformation is not only about meeting competitive challenges but about redefining everyday banking for KeyBank's clients. We worked with Amy, Vipin and cross-functional KeyBank teams to innovate, architect and design "WOW" Digital experiences," said Srinivas Balasubramanian, Chief Executive Officer, Photon.
