Gabelli Go Anywhere Trust Decouples And Separate Trading Begins For The 8.00% Series A Cumulative Preferred Shares And Common Shares

The Gabelli Go Anywhere Trust (the "Fund") will commence separate trading for the Fund's Common shares ("GGO") and Series A Cumulative Puttable and Callable Preferred Shares ("GGO.A") on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. The Common shares and the Series A Preferred shares will trade on the NYSE MKT.

Common shares and Series A Preferred Shares traded as a Combination ("GGO.C") for the first 60 days following the closing of its offering. The Combination included three shares of common and one Series A Preferred Share. GGO.C will be delisted and will no longer trade.

The Fund's primary investment objective is total return, consisting of capital appreciation and current income. Under normal market conditions, the Fund intends to invest in a broad range of equity securities consisting of common stock, preferred stock, convertible or exchangeable securities, common and preferred equity securities issued by other closed-end management investment companies, and, to a lesser extent, in debt securities.
