The dividend is payable December 30, 2016 to preferred shareholders of record on December 1, 2016. The dividend is the first dividend being paid by Chimera on the Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock and is payable for the partial period beginning on the original issuance date of October 14, 2016 and ending on December 30, 2016.
