EQT Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: EQM) announced today that it has priced an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.125% senior notes due December 1, 2026 at a price to the public of 99.191% of their face value. EQT Midstream Partners, LP (Partnership) expects the offering to close on November 4, 2016. The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay the amounts outstanding under its credit facility and for general partnership purposes.
