She will report directly to Jonathan Bush, athenahealth's founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ms. Holman will advise the senior leadership team as it works to scale athenahealth's fast-paced growth while maintaining and strengthening culture, employee engagement, and career development. As CPO, she will guide all aspects of human resources for the company, including Human Resources business partnering, talent management, total rewards, Human Resources Information Systems, athenaUniversity, and facilities across all locations. Ms. Holman will play a lead role in convening athenaCentral's operations, focusing on delivering innovation and efficiency consistent with the company's values and ethos. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Group Talent Management for Capgemini in Paris. She was also an adjunct professor in graduate management studies at Western New England University.
