Ms. Perkins, who has more than 19 years of government guaranteed (SBA, USDA & B&I) experience in lending, is the bank's newest Vice President of SBA Lending, SBA and B&I Business Development. Ms. Perkin's professional background includes a 39 year career in banking. She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences. Ms. Perkins will be responsible for business development and generation of SBA and USDA loans, including FSA throughout Central California. She is based out of the Bank's lending office at 7473 N. Ingram, Suite 111 in Fresno. A well-known and actively engaged community leader, Ms. Perkins has served as a youth mentor for CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates in Fresno since 2012.
