Former Rocket Fuel executive Roni Anavi-Fass has been named vice president of product
Current GM, North America Welby Chen is promoted to chief business officer

Inneractive CEO Ziv Elul was also recently promoted to COO & CEO-Designate of parent company RNTS Media, a leading mobile advertising technology company who acquired Inneractive this past March. In his elevated role as COO and CEO-designate, Elul will work to build globally aligned operations focused on capitalizing on the strong growth within the programmatic and real-time bidding (RTB) markets. As the newest addition to the Inneractive team , Anavi-Fass will oversee the product department with a strong focus on developing the product roadmap, identifying product requirements, and collaborating with the engineering team on implementation and managing the go-to market strategies. Anavi-Fass has over a decade of experience in product management, marketing and strategy. She spent her formative professional years at Microsoft as a senior product manager for Bing Business Intelligence then moved to Rocket Fuel where she led the strategy and execution of Rocket Fuel's brand product offering. Most recently, she served as the vice president of product at myThings. As chief business officer, Chen will lead all revenue and business operations for Inneractive worldwide. Chen joined Inneractive two years ago as general manager and vice president of North America after stints at Microsoft and Vevo. This promotion will allow Inneractive to become more efficient and scale accordingly as its momentum continues to build. As vice president of research and development, which accounts for nearly 40% of the company, Aviv will lead all technology development for Inneractive. Aviv will be responsible for implementing complex technologies to further develop the Inneractive platform, with emphasis on architecture, design and performance. Aviv joined Inneractive in 2013 where he served as a team and group leader. Inneractive currently has over 100 employees with offices in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, New York, London and Beijing.
