SVB Financial (SIVB) was downgraded to equal-weight at Barclays. $130 price target. The valuation is less attractive, given a deceleration in growth trends, Barclays said. 

Stryker (SYK) was upgraded to market perform from outperform at BMO Capital. $125 price target. The valuation is more attractive, ahead of the company's upcoming analyst day, BMO said.
