Peter BaileyAs President and Chief Operating Officer, Bailey provides leadership and direction in the planning and operations of Continuum. Responsible for shaping and delivering on the company's promise of service excellence and for driving the company's mission and core values through strategic day-to-day management, Bailey designs and implements business strategies, processes, plans, and procedures to ensure that quality exceeds customer expectations. Prior to his role as President and COO, Bailey served as the Chief Executive Officer of LabVantage Solutions, an industry-leading global enterprise software and services firm. His past experience includes various executive leadership roles at GE, including General Manager and Vice President of Clinical Data Services at GE Healthcare IT. Bailey was a consultant for McKinsey & Company in both the Washington, DC and Amsterdam offices, and was also in sales and product management for Hitachi in both the US and Japan. Bailey holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a MA in international economics and Japanese studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Mark GlickmanAs Chief Commercial Officer, Glickman is responsible for market development and all sales and marketing efforts, with a focus on managing Continuum's commercial relationships with clients and prospects. With extensive expertise in sales and project management, Glickman is well-versed in the healthcare sales cycle and actively manages, leads, and executes strategic initiatives designed to drive scalable and sustainable growth for the company. Prior to joining Continuum, Glickman served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at ZirMed, a cloud-based financial and clinical performance management platform that specializes in revenue cycle management solutions. Glickman also worked as Commercial Leader of Hospital Sales at GE Healthcare IT, where he was directly responsible for channel sales, new accounts and marketing of hospital and large practice enterprise solutions. During his two-year tenure, he brought in four new accounts with a total value of $34 million. Glickman has also held sales leadership positions with Picis, McKesson, Human Hospital Newman and Humana Hospital Bayside. Glickman holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Tim WeldonAs General Manager and Senior Vice President of Value Based Care, Weldon is responsible for the growth, development, and operational support of the company's value based care and practice transformation initiatives. Through skilled strategic planning and operational efficiency, Weldon leads his team to drive quality enhancement, effective utilization, and improved outcomes for Continuum's customers. With over 20 years of experience, Weldon designs and implements business and clinical processes that support the success and scalability of Continuum's value based care service offering. Prior to joining Continuum, Weldon served as the Vice President and General Manager of Sales for Wellcentive, one of the industry's leading population health management software companies. Before Wellcentive, Weldon was senior manager for The Chartis Group, a national IT consulting firm, where he was responsible for leading large scale population health infrastructure design projects. Weldon has held several positions at Universal Health Services, including Project Manager, Director of Logistics, and Director of Financial Systems. In addition, Weldon has been a consultant for Park City Solutions, the Manager of Decision Support for Catholic Health Initiatives Franciscan Health, and an analyst for St. Francis Hospital.
