PPG Industries (PPG - Get Report) was downgraded to hold from buy at Deutsche Bank. $100 price target. Sluggish growth will likely continue into 2017, Deutsche said. 

Seagate Technologies (STX - Get Report) was upgraded to neutral from underweight at JPMorgan. $38 price target. The company is leveraged to better PC trends, JPMorgan said.
