Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks during the Mad Money Lightning Round Tuesday evening:

Cabela's (CAB) : "The deal is done. Take that money, wait for a decline, then buy some tech stocks."

Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) : "I don't want to be in the crude oil delivery business. I think it's too hard."

DDR Corp (DDR) : "No, I don't want to own REITs right now. Interest rates are going higher."

Alibaba (BABA) : "I suggest buying around $100 to $102 and only buying some, not all, since this is an erratic market."

Waddell & Reed Financial (WDR) : "I don't like the way they handled some of their distressed merchandise. I am not suggesting you buy that stock."

Fortinet (FTNT) : "They pre-announced a weak quarter. I'd rather be in Palo Alto Networks (PANW) or Proofpoint (PFPT) ."
