Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. As laboratory techniques and instrumentation evolved, many formerly manual processes became automated—from basic pipetting to intricate high-throughput screening. In vivo studies are no different. BASi Culex® Automated Blood Sampling systems deliver programmable, continuous automated blood micro sampling, thus providing a full pharmacokinetic curve from a single, fully conscious, freely moving animal. The system allows for the simultaneous collection of multiple data streams such as blood, bile, metabolites, dialysates and more from species as small as mice and as large as swine.
