BlackBerry (BBRY) was upgraded to outperform from market perform at Raymond James. $10.50 price target. The software business can drive solid growth, Raymond James said. 

CalAtlantic (CAA) was upgraded to buy from underperform at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. $42 price target. The company appears to be at an inflection point for orders, analysts said.

Nvidia (NVDA - Get Report) was upgraded to outperform at RBC Capital. $72 price target. The company had a blowout quarter and guided toward 20% to 30% annual growth, RBC said. 

SunPower (SPWR - Get Report) was downgraded to equal-weight from overweight at Morgan Stanley. $12 price target. The company sharply cut guidance for the Power Plant business, Morgan said.
