Resonant Inc. (NASDAQ: RESN), a designer of filters for radio frequency, or RF, front-ends that specializes in delivering designs for difficult bands and complex requirements, today announced that John Philpott, the company's CFO, has left the company for personal reasons.

Ross Goolsby of Bridgepoint Consulting will join the company August 1 st and will become interim CFO after the company files its form 10-Q for the second quarter. Ross has over 25 years' experience in both public and private company finance. Lisa Wolf, who has served as controller for the Company since June 2014, has been promoted to VP of Finance. In addition to her expanded responsibilities, she will continue her duties for SEC reporting, SOX implementation & compliance and equity plan management.
