Khang & Khang LLP (the "Firm") announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Stericycle, Inc. ("Stericycle" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: SRCL, SRCLP). Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired shares between February 7, 2013 and April 28, 2016, inclusive (the "Class Period"), are encouraged to contact the Firm prior to the September 12, 2016 lead plaintiff motion deadline.

If you purchased shares of Stericycle during the Class Period, please contact Joon M. Khang, Esquire, of Khang & Khang, 18101 Von Karman Avenue, 3rd Floor, Irvine, CA 92612, by telephone: (949) 419-3834, or by e-mail at

There has been no class certification in this case. Until certification occurs, you are not represented by an attorney. You may choose to take no action and remain a passive class member.

According to the complaint, Stericycle failed to disclose that it engaged in a scheme whereby it routinely raised the rates it charged smaller customers in violation of the contracts with those customers. This inflated revenues and growth. On October 22, 2015 the Company announced disappointing growth rates and revenues during the third quarter of 2015. On April 28, 2016, Stericycle disclosed its results for the first quarter of 2016 which were again below expectations. Upon release of this news, the Company's stock price fell significantly.
