LendingClub (LC) : "Way too much risk. I'm not going to touch that one."

W. P. Carey (WPC) : "I'm recommending Ventas (VTR) and Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRT) , that's all."

Stonemor Partners (STON) : "That has a big yield, but I want more growth."

Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) : "This has become too dicey after Kinder Morgan (KMI) slashed its dividend."

Constellation Brands (STZ) : "I think you need to wait for a pullback. I'm price sensitive."

Enbridge Energy Partners (EEP) : "That dividend has me worried. Never reach for yield."
