OMAHA, Neb., June 17, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- West Corporation (Nasdaq:WSTC), a leading provider of technology-enabled communication services, today announced the successful completion of its previously announced private offering of $400 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior secured notes due 2021 (the "Notes"). Proceeds of the Notes, together with cash on hand, will be used to repay a portion of its Senior Secured Term Loan Facility due 2018. The Company also announced it has closed on an amendment to the credit agreement governing its senior secured credit facilities, which, among other things, establishes commitments for a new 7 year senior secured term loan B-12 facility in an aggregate principal amount of $870 million, a new 5 year senior secured term loan A-2 facility in an aggregate principal amount of $650 million, and a new 5 year senior secured term loan B-14 facility in an aggregate principal amount of $260 million. The Company expects to use the proceeds of the new facilities, together with cash on hand, to repay a portion of its existing term loan B-10 facility and term A-1 facility and to repay in full its existing term loan B-11 facility. In addition, the amendment to the credit agreement establishes a 5 year senior secured revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount of $300 million.
