First Cash Financial (FCFS) was upgraded to buy from neutral at Sterne Agee. $56 price target. Merger with Cash America International (CSH) will boost earnings potential, Sterne said. 

Medtronic (MDT) was downgraded to neutral at BTIG. The stock appears fully valued. Earnings estimates were also reduced, given lower margin expectations, BTIG said. 

Tesla Motors (TSLA) was initiated with a buy rating at Sterne Agee. $300 price target. The company is an innovator and disruptor in a $1 trillion market, Sterne said.

WedMD (WBMD) was downgraded to market perform by William Blair. The valuation is no longer as attractive and earnings estimates were also cut, given the dilution from convertible bonds, William Blair said.
