Allegheny Technologies (ATI - Get Report) was upgraded to buy at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. $14 price target. The company is leveraged to the transition to next generation engines, analysts said.

Staples (SPLS) was upgraded to buy from underperform at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. $10 price target. The valuation is more attractive, as the stock is down 21% over the past two weeks, analysts said. 

ViaSat (VSAT - Get Report) was downgraded to sell at Drexel Hamilton. The valuation isn't as attractive, based on a $61 price target.
