Shares of Clorox (CLX - Get Report)  are cleaning up Tuesday the bleach and consumer products company reported a "fabulous quarter," TheStreet's Jim Cramer, co-manager of the Action Alerts PLUS portfolio, said on CNBC's "Mad Dash" segment. The company beat on earnings per share and revenue expectations.

CEO Benno Dorer is a great leader and knows how to find the Millennials needed to keep sales growing, Cramer exulted. The company is no stranger to advertising on Facebook (FB - Get Report) , which has helped boost sales of household and cleaning products as well as its Burt's Bees products.

It also helps a great deal that Clorox pulled out of Venezuela in 2014. This turned out to be a fantastic move, Cramer said, calling Venezuela "a failed state."

Clorox has a strong dividend, good stock buyback and a solid management team. Investors can sleep well at night owning this stock, Cramer concluded.

At the time of publication, Cramer's Action Alerts PLUS had a long position in FB.
