Ultimate Software (Nasdaq:ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that Mi-Jack Products, a major U.S. manufacturer of industrial cranes for the railroad- and port-intermodal industries worldwide, has deployed Ultimate's comprehensive cloud HCM solution, UltiPro ®, to simplify its complex benefits management and free its managers to focus more on people than processes. Located in Hazel Crest, Illinois, Mi-Jack manufactures the Travelift ® and Translift ® rubber-tired gantry cranes and special component machinery and solutions. Founded in 1954, the company maintains four regional operations, five sales offices, and more than 60 intermodal terminals in North America. Prior to going live on UltiPro, Mi-Jack's HR team and managers had juggled multiple accruals and benefits plans, including 24 different PTO plans for its union and non-union employees within the United States and Canada.
