Boise Cascade (BCC - Get Report) was upgraded to outperform at BMO Capital. $23 price target. The company is leveraged to eroding plywood fundamentals, BMO said. 

Crown (CCK - Get Report) was upgraded to buy from neutral at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. $58 price target. The company offers growth at an attractive price, analysts said.

Choice Hotels (CHH - Get Report) was upgraded to neutral from underweight at JPMorgan. $46 price target. The company is growing its room base, JPMorgan said. 

Duke Energy (DUK - Get Report) was downgraded to neutral from overweight at JPMorgan. $81 price target. The core business growth outlook is disappointing, JPMorgan said. 

Entergy (ETR - Get Report) was downgraded to equal weight at Barclays. The valuation is not as attractive, based on a $76 price target, Barclays said. 

Fluor (FLR - Get Report) was downgraded to market perform from outperform at FBR Capital Markets. $46 price target. The company lacks visibility for end-market demand, FBR said. 

Noble Energy (NBL - Get Report) was downgraded to sell at TheStreet Ratings. 

Reliance Steel (RS - Get Report) was downgraded to neutral from buy at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Low metal prices are a drag on the business, analysts said.
