Medivation (MDVN) was downgraded to hold at Canaccord Genuity. $45 price target. Xtandi growth is slowing, Canaccord said. 

Priceline (PCLN) was downgraded to neutral at Goldman Sachs. $1,200 price target. The company is facing increased competition and will be hurt by the stronger U.S. dollar, Goldman said. 

Regeneron (REGN - Get Report) was downgraded to hold from buy at Canaccord Genuity. $525 price target. Growth is slowing and the company is facing increased competition, Canaccord said. 

Sprint (S - Get Report) was upgraded to perform from underperform at Oppenheimer. The network is improving and management is cutting costs, Oppenheimer said.
