ICA Sells Its Interest In Proactiva Medio Ambiente

MEXICO CITY, Dec. 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Empresas ICA. S.AB. de C.V. (BMV:ICA) and (NYSE:ICA), the largest infrastructure and construction company in Mexico, announced the sale of its 49% interest in the environmental services company Proactiva Medio Ambiente for up to Ps. 1,240 million.

The proceeds will be used to implement ICA's cost reduction program and for operational purposes.
