Wolfe was originally appointed as a director of RLHC in December 2012, and has served since 2013 as the Chair of the Board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking, financial management and operations. Since 2008, Wolfe has been a private investor and provided strategic consulting services. Until 2013, Wolfe was Chairman of Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd., the primary developer of the Ho Tram Strip, a group of integrated resorts to be located on more than 400 acres of land and two kilometers of beach in Vietnam. He also serves as independent director of Darigold Inc., one of the largest U.S. dairy processors. His appointment was made as part of the Board's periodic review of Directors' duties and responsibilities. All RLHC Directors are elected annually by the company's shareholders. Wolfe will continue to serve in the role of Chairman until such time as his successor is appointed or he ceases to serve as a Director of RLHC. Wolfe succeeds Melvin L. Keating, who will continue to serve as a Director of RLHC.
