Regulatory News: Hexcel Corporation (NYSE:HXL)(Paris:HXL), today priced an offering of $300 million of 4.7% Senior Unsecured Notes (the Notes) due 2025. The Notes will be sold at a price of 99.713% of their face value. The offering is expected to close on August 3, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
