NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Investors were crying -- with joy -- for Telecom Argentina (TEO - Get Report) Friday, sending shares of the provider of telephone related services upward. Vodafone (VOD) had a nice day at the phone banks, as well, on the same day that TheStreet ranked the UK telecom giant as the highest-yielding firm in the Nasdaq 100.
