On the negative front, top decliners within the sector include LM Ericsson Telephone Company ( ERIC), down 3.0%, ABB ( ABB), down 2.4%, Hanwha Q CELLS ( HQCL), down 2.3%, Nokia Oyj ( NOK), down 2.3% and Seagate Technology ( STX), down 2.0%.
