With the national holiday falling on a Saturday this year, workers across the country will be starting their holiday weekends early on Friday (markets are closed). But the question is where to go to get the most for your money on July 4 weekend?
WalletHub compared the 100 largest U.S. cities based on how well they balance holiday cost and fun. The analysis took into consideration 14 different metrics such as the duration of fireworks shows, average gas prices, the number of festivals and performances, weather forecasts, hotel costs, and more.
