Amicus Therapeutics (FOLD) Stock Gains Following Pricing of Secondary Offering

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Amicus Therapeutics (FOLD) shares are up 4.7% to $13.91 in morning trading on Friday after the biopharmaceutical company priced its secondary offering of 16,981,132 shares at $13.25 per share.

The company expects to see gross proceeds of $225 million from the offering with underwriters being granted a 30 day option to buy an additional 2,547,170 million shares.

JPMorgan (JPM) and Goldman Sachs (GS) are acting a joint book runners for the offering.

The offering is expected to close June 17.
