(Nasdaq:LOAN), a "hard money" lender specializing in short-term loans secured by real estate, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 1,015,000 common shares at a price to the public of $4.39 per share.  Gross proceeds to Manhattan Bridge Capital from the offering were approximately $4,460,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses.  Manhattan Bridge Capital has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 152,250 additional common shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
