Upping our exposure to technology and utilities

By Matthew Pierce

The Island Light Sector Rotation portfolio was updated at the end of April as part of our regular monthly rebalancing process.

The strategy employs an advanced algorithm that seeks to capture market momentum in an optimized portfolio of US sectors, rebalanced monthly.

For this month, we increased our exposure to the US utilities and technology, reduced allocations to financial and healthcare and eliminated allocations to consumer staples.

We have no investment in the consumer discretionary, energy, materials and industrials sectors.
