Computer Sciences (CSC) was downgraded at Goldman Sachs to neutral from buy. Twelve-month price target is $68. Company is not cutting costs as quickly as expected, Goldman said.
LendingClub (LC) was upgraded at Sterne Agee to neutral from underperform. Valuation call, based on a 12-month price target of $17.50, Sterne Agee said.
Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A) was downgraded at Jefferies to hold from buy. Twelve-month price target is $68.20. Bunge (BG) acquisition increases the company's exposure to lower oil prices, Jefferies said.
Urban Outfitters (URBN) was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform from market perform. Company can expand margins, BMO Capital said. Twelve-month price target is $53.
VeriFone (PAY) was upgraded at Goldman Sachs to buy from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $44. Company can improve margins and free cash flow, Goldman Sachs said.
