Computer Sciences (CSC) was downgraded at Goldman Sachs to neutral from buy. Twelve-month price target is $68. Company is not cutting costs as quickly as expected, Goldman said.

LendingClub (LC - Get Report) was upgraded at Sterne Agee to neutral from underperform. Valuation call, based on a 12-month price target of $17.50, Sterne Agee said.

Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A - Get Report) was downgraded at Jefferies to hold from buy. Twelve-month price target is $68.20. Bunge (BG) acquisition increases the company's exposure to lower oil prices, Jefferies said.

Urban Outfitters (URBN - Get Report) was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform from market perform. Company can expand margins, BMO Capital said. Twelve-month price target is $53.

VeriFone (PAY) was upgraded at Goldman Sachs to buy from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $44. Company can improve margins and free cash flow, Goldman Sachs said.
