The directors of FreightCar America, Inc. (NASDAQ:RAIL) have declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock of the Company. This dividend represents an increase of 50%, or $0.03 per common share, from the Company's prior quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share.
