On the negative front, top decliners within the sector include NXP Semiconductors ( NXPI), down 3.8%, ASML ( ASML), down 2.5%, Nokia Oyj ( NOK), down 2.1%, SAP SE ( SAP), down 2.3% and Avago Technologies ( AVGO), down 2.3%.
