On December 3, 2014, Dataram Corporation (the "Company") announced that on December 2, 2014, the Company was notified by the NASDAQ Stock Market, LLC that, based upon the Company's submission of the appropriate documentation, the Company has demonstrated compliance with the minimum $2,500,000 stockholders' equity requirement for continued listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market. As a result, the Company's securities will continue to trade on The NASDAQ Capital Market and the listing review has been closed. The Company regained compliance with the closing of the sale of 600,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock on November 17, 2014.
