Vince Holding (VNCE) Stock Is Down Today Despite Earnings Beat

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Vince Holding (VNCE) were falling 13.3% to $31.66 Tuesday despite the apparel company beating analysts' estimates for earnings and revenue in the third quarter.

The company reported earnings of 35 cents a share for the third quarter, beating the Capital IQ Consensus Estimate of 33 cents a share by 2 cents. Revenue grew 19.9% year over year to $102.9 million for the quarter, beating analysts' estimates of $99.41 million.

Wholesale sales grew 17.3% year over year to $78.9 million in the quarter, and direct-to-consumer sales grew 30.2% to $24 million for the quarter.

Vince Holding said it expects to report revenue of $335 million to $345 million for full year 2015, compared to analysts' estimates of $344.95 million.
