BlackBerry (BBRY) was downgraded at Morgan Stanley to underweight. Twelve-month price target is $7. Management and the market are likely too optimistic about new product ramps, Morgan Stanley said.

Denbury (DNR) was downgraded at Wunderlich to hold from buy. Twelve-month price target is $11. Macro environment is troubling and business uncertainty has increased, Wunderlich said.
