In an SEC filing GoPro said it plans to sell about 1.3 million new shares of common stock and about 9.1 million shares of stock on behalf of current stockholders. The company plans to offer underwriters a 1.6 million share overallotment option.
The proposed maximum offering price for the shares is $78.12 a share.

GoPro founders Nicholas and Jill Woodman will sell 4.1 million shares, leaving the couple with a 44.2% stake in the company after the offering. Riverwood Capital will sell 1.6 million shares, reducing its stake to 16.5%, and Foxconn will sell 1 million shares, lowering its stake to 10.5%.
The filing comes shortly after investment firm Tiger Global Management disclosed a new stake in the company.
