NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of CyberArk Software (CYBR) were gaining 17.7% to $39.65 Thursday after the software company beat analysts' estimates for earnings and revenue in the third quarter and guided above estimates for the fourth quarter.
CyberArk reported earnings of 12 cents a share for the third quarter, beating analysts' estimates of 1 cent a share for the quarter. Revenue grew 65.5% year over year to $27.96 million in the quarter, above analysts' estimates of $20.89 million.
The company said it expects earnings of 4 cents to 6 cents a share and revenue of $26 million to $27 million for the fourth quarter. Analysts' expect earnings of 2 cents a share and revenue of $25.1 million for the fourth quarter.
