One Factor Driving VWR (VWR) Stock Up Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of VWR Corp. (VWR) are up 2.36% to $23.03 in afternoon trading on Tuesday after JPMorgan Chase initiated coverage of the company with an "overweight" rating.

The firm set an opening price target of $28 for independent laboratory products, services, and solutions provider.

JPMorgan said it issued a positive rating for VWR because the company is a leading and differentiated distributor of lab products and services with an attractive industry backdrop.
