Why Textura (TXTR) Stock Is Falling Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Textura Corp (TXTR) are falling 9.5% to $25.54 in midday trading after short selling blog Citron Research issued a negative note on the construction technology company, alleging that its management is committing fraud.

Citron published new research that claims the company's gross construction contracts are inflated and Textura knowingly exaggerated its total addressable market.

The research group added that it believes the stock will go down to $4.
