NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Alibaba  (BABA) were down 1% to $92.95 in pre-market trading Monday after MKM Partners initiated coverage on the stock as a "buy" with a $125 price target.

The firm said the Chinese company is a powerhouse in the best secular market for e-commerce.
