Why Pearson (PSO) Stock Is Up Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Pearson PLC (PSO) are higher by 1.74% to $ 19.86 this morning after Morgan Stanley (MS) raised its rating on the publishing company to "overweight" from "equal weight" in a note issued to investors today.

Analysts at the firm said the company now addresses a bigger market with a more flexible cost base. 

Morgan Stanley also added they believe the stock could rise 15% to 20% in 2015.
