NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES

Tableau Software (DATA) was upgraded at Credit Suisse to outperform from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $100. Company can maintain robust sales growth and exceed earnings expectations, Credit Suisse said.

Bankrate (RATE) was downgraded at Topeka to sell from hold. SEC is investigating financials and the CFO has resigned, Topeka said.

Global Eagle Entertainment (ENT) was upgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Transocean (RIG) was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.
