Why Nokia (NOK) Stock Is Up In Pre-Market Trading Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Nokia Corp. (NOK) are higher by 1.55% to $8.50 in pre-market trading on Monday, following a ratings upgrade to "outperform" from "perform" at Oppenheimer  (OPY) .

The firm said it raised its rating on the technology devices company as it believes Nokia is moving in a "positive strategic direction," and will be able to reach the margin goals management has set.
