Why Sportsman's Warehouse (SPWH) Stock Is Gaining In After-Hours Trading Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Sportsman's Warehouse  (SPWH) shares are up 6.6% to $6.44 in after-hours trading on Thursday after reporting second quarter earnings of 12 cents per diluted share that was 2 cents ahead of analysts expectations.

The retailer also reported a 2.3% increase in revenue over the same period last year to $159.5 million, ahead of analysts expectations of $155.8 million.
