Why Land’s End (LE) Stock Continues To Spike Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Land's End Inc. (LE) are higher by 8.88% to $43.77 in early afternoon trading on Thursday, as the stock continues to rise following yesterday's report that the company's 2014 second quarter net income increased to $11.8 million, or 37 cents per diluted share, compared to $11.3 million, or 35 cents per diluted share for the year ago quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to report EPS of 24 cents for the most recent quarter.
