NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Take-Two Interactive Software  (TTWO) were down -0.86% to $23.05 in pre-market trading Friday after Sterne Agee downgraded the stock to "neutral" from "buy."

The firm cited valuation, as the stock has gained 35% year-to-date.
