In this newly established role, Mr. DeVeau will report to IFF’s CEO Andreas Fibig, and will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic communications to ensure all facets of corporate communications such as investor relations, internal communications, public relations, media relations, and social media, are fully aligned with the strategic positioning of the organization at a global level. “I am delighted to be able to name Michael to this vitally important role,” said Mr. Fibig. “He is a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of our global business. In this capacity, he shaped IFF’s investor communications by becoming a trusted resource for our shareholders and analysts. In 2012, he assumed the role of Global Pricing Officer, Flavors, where he developed and implemented pricing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth while simultaneously maximizing profitability. Prior to his tenure at IFF, he held various communications and finance roles at PepsiCo and Citigroup. Mr. DeVeau earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Fordham University.
